What you booked
A 30-minute, one-to-one advisory session with Marc Rosson, held over Microsoft Teams, for $150 (USD).
Bring one real problem. Thirty minutes is enough to make progress on a specific question, such as a vendor decision you are stuck on, a DER or demand-side programme that spans too many teams, an SAP for Utilities roadmap you want a second opinion on, or an architecture argument your team keeps having. It is not long enough for a general briefing. If you said what you want to discuss when you booked, Marc will come prepared.
Before your session
- The calendar invitation and Teams link go to the email address you gave when you booked. If you can't find it, check your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, email us.
- Your payment receipt comes separately from Stripe, our payment processor. The charge appears on your card statement as ROSSON & ASSOCIATES.
Rescheduling
Plans change. You can reschedule 24 or more hours before the session start time. To move your session, email marc@rosson-associates.com with:
- your receipt number (for example #1619-0014) or the date and time of your session, and
- a few days and times that would work better.
We will confirm the new time and send an updated calendar invitation. The earlier you let us know, the more times there are to choose from.
Inside 24 hours, the session can no longer be rescheduled or refunded. The time has been reserved and cannot be offered to anyone else. This is the same cutoff as the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If we need to move a session, you can reschedule or take a full refund, whenever it happens.
Cancelling
If you would rather cancel than reschedule, refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy: a full refund if you cancel 24 or more hours before the start time. If we have to cancel, you are always refunded in full.
